Masae Alabdallah-Sörensen

Maisae Alabdallah Sörensen has been working as a performance artist since 1999. She deals with women's place in society, as well as the subject as integration. During her performances Alabdallah Sörensen forces an interaction between people with different cultural origins. Eye contact is an important element in everyday communication. The head-shawl hinders and even elimintes this possibilty. During her performances, the 'conversation partners' can dicover this themselves.
